The Beginning
In 2019, our founders — mycologists and sustainability advocates — discovered that abandoned underground spaces offered ideal conditions for mushroom cultivation: stable temperatures, natural humidity, and complete darkness control.
What began as a passion project quickly became a mission. We transformed disused tunnels and basements into precision-controlled growing environments, proving that the most extraordinary food can come from the most unexpected places.
Our Growing Process
Substrate Preparation
We source organic substrates — hardwood sawdust, straw, and agricultural byproducts — creating the perfect nutritional foundation for each species.
Inoculation
Pure mushroom cultures are introduced to sterilized substrates in our lab, ensuring genetic integrity and contamination-free colonization.
Underground Incubation
Blocks move to our subterranean chambers where temperature, humidity, CO2, and light are precisely controlled for each species.
Fruiting & Harvest
When conditions are triggered, mushrooms fruit rapidly. We hand-harvest at peak maturity for maximum flavor and nutritional content.
Quality Inspection
Every harvest passes through visual and quality checks. Only specimens meeting our premium standard make it to packaging.
Fresh Delivery
Within 48 hours of harvest, your mushrooms are packed in eco-friendly packaging and delivered directly to your door or restaurant.
