2. Products and Orders

All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order via email. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order or confirm it in writing.

3. Fresh Produce Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all fresh mushroom orders are final once dispatched. If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos for a replacement or refund.

4. Delivery

Fresh mushroom delivery is available within our service area (currently the greater Portland metro area, approximately 100-mile radius). Nationwide shipping is available for dried products and extracts only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription services auto-renew at the frequency selected. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery. Refunds for partial subscription periods are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, recipes, and design — is the property of Subterranean Fungi Co. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to introduce malicious software, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
